We want you to be happy with what you order from Red Fern Hound Supply.

Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

For ordinary returns:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact Red Fern Hound Supply before sending your return so we can help make the process as simple as possible.

Electronics:

All electronic purchases are final.

Electronic products are not eligible for return or refund after purchase.

If you’re unsure which electronic product, model, or accessory you need, please contact us before ordering. We’ll be glad to help you figure it out before you buy.

We’d much rather spend a few minutes helping you get the right equipment the first time.

Broken, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll work with you to get things straightened out, and Red Fern Hound Supply will cover the return shipping cost for broken, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Please keep the item and its original packaging until we’ve had a chance to help. We may ask for photographs of the item and packaging, particularly if something was damaged during shipping.
